Most of our frames have a 1 year manufacture defect warranty. Some Limitations may apply. Manufacture lenses not included in warranty.
We guarantee a peace of mind 90 day doctor prescription change, or non adapt warranty. This is available for RX lenses replacement at no charge to replace your lenses! 

One replacement warranty on all premium RX lenses, with some limitations of 90 days to 365 days.  Other fees may apply, such as: Edging & Mounting, Custom Rimless, Shipping fees etc.

Some insurance companies such as Davis Vision , Optum Health and others, have a limited selection of frames and lenses, their warranties are limited, as they provide services throught their own laboratories.
